We use a balanced training approach—embracing the Balanced Training Method, which sets clear boundaries and limitations to deter negative behaviours—to ensure we consistently reward the behaviors we want and redirect those we don’t.

When we started his class our dog was screaming the entire time because he wanted to play with the other dogs so bad.
